Оперативный контроль строительных проектов для ГК «Волгатрансстрой»
В результате реализации проекта ГК «Волгатрансстрой» получили настроенный прототип проектного портала, позволяющего вести работу с графиками строительства вне зависимости от места нахождения. Это обеспечивается централизованным хранением всех планов-графиков на «облачном» сервере. Кроме того, функционал платформы Microsoft Project Online обеспечивает безопасность документов за счет жестко регулируемого доступа.
Внедренная платформа Microsoft Project Online позволяет проводить мониторинг графиков строительства объектов в рамках месячно-суточного плана работ. В рамках мониторинга система позволяет производить контроль на уровне недельно-суточной и суточно-суточной отчетности по выполнению плана строительства.
The solution is a hybrid scenario, which uses a whole family of products and technologies: Project Online, Project Professional, Office 365 – SharePoint Online, Excel & Excel Services, Azure, Windows 8 App:
- Project Online and Project Professional are used by engineers of the Engineering Design Office for making construction plans based on the templates created especially for them.
- The simplified interface for actual data input by construction site supervisors is located in Office 365 and is based on the lists of SharePoint Online. It is also possible to work with the lists in offline mode using a special Windows 8 App.
- Program code, located in Windows Azure, synchronizes the data in Project Online and SharePoint Online lists in a user friendly format. We have studied the principles and ways of work of our customers to find that the constructors use not the time and percentage of the task completion, as provided in Project, but the actual physical quantity of works completed: cubic meters of concrete, square meters of tile etc.
- Deviations report is made in Excel and can be used in browser using the functions of Excel Services.
